Here are some fun and challenging exercises you can do with a soccer ball. You can incorporate them into your training, or pick a few and create a workout out of them.You’re probably asking how this is even going to help you.
Well if you’re like me, many times when I go out to train soccer on my own, I find myself at a loss for what to do exactly. I found out the ball makes a great tool for certain bodyweight movements.
