Core workout for footballers In this episode i filmed a core workout with a professional footballer from Greece. He has played for clubs such as Red Bull Leipzig, AEK ATHENS and is currently at Energie Cottbuss who are top of the regionaliga and are aiming for promotion into the 3rd bundesliga. Christos aka Papa is one of the strongest and fastest guys i know and i believe that the core work that he does off the field plays a big role in this. Papa makes this core workout 3x a week. It is 10 exercises which he does 3x. If you are a beginner than you should start off with only 1 set and later progress when you get stronger.
