To perform the Rapid Response Stationery Speed Ladder Drills athletes will complete four different drills. Athletes will lay down a Speed and Agility Ladder, secure Kbands Leg Resistance Bands just above the knees and stand to the side of the ladder. Athletes will tap one foot in the ladder, patter both feet, then alternate the foot in side the box. Complete 6 sets of 15 seconds allowing 15-20 seconds of recovery between sets.
The second drill is the same as the first drill, just performed with the athlete facing away from the ladder and jabbing backwards into the ladder. Complete 6 sets of 15 seconds.
Next athletes will turn around and face the ladder. Lining up between two boxes athletes will reach one foot across their body, patter both feet, and then alternate the movement with the opposite leg. Athletes will complete 6 sets of 15 seconds before moving into the reversed variation of the crossover scissor. Complete 6 sets of 15 seconds allowing 15-20 seconds of recovery between all sets.
