Complete each exercise in the circuit for timed intervals of 30-60 seconds, with 15-30 seconds of rest in-between exercises. Duration of exercise and rest intervals can be adjusted to your own abilities within a single session and over time as you progress. Rest for 1 full minute, or as-needed, after completing the full circuit. Repeat circuit for desired number of rounds.
