The aim of the six exercises is to develop speed skills, skills to pass accurately after the previous run and control the ball in the pre-preparation period, before the start of winter or summer training. All exercises are ideal for individual preparation before starting team training, as part of an individual plan. In all exercises, we focus on the ability to change the direction of running, maximum passability after previous loading and ball control, including its intensive guiding and stepping in maximum intensity.
The exercise is designed for all youth ages, most often it will be used by older pupils, adolescents and adults.
The exercise is designed for 1 player, but of course it can be performed by several players.
