Leg day: Leg sled drills, 30 Football touch downs, 300 yards Sled push, and Parkour

Today is leg day. My son and I worked out a high intensity workout on the sleds exercise pushing over 100 pounds over 100 yards across football field multiple times. It is important to take breaks between the leg sled high intensity workout. Our breaks were mulitiple hundred yard sprints and scored over 100 points of touch downs. Also increased my range of field goals from 25 yard to 30 yards due to muscle gain and weight loss. Also did a few minutes of parkour. Leg day is great for weight loss and muscle gain. Hope this wasn’t too much touchdowns on leg day. Plenty of leg sled drills, leg sled exercises on leg day. Scoring touch downs can also help with weight loss and muscle gain.
