Hi, Guys, today is day 20 or day 6 of my third week, of my Progressive soccer faster feet training.
Tomorrow will be the last session of this challenge.

Progressive soccer has three sets of exercises, one set per week. Each week there are 4 exercises and you must practice each exercise for 2 minutes. SO it is 8 minutes per day of soccer exercises with a soccer ball to get faster feet
If you have not seen the progressive soccer exercises or the channel, here it is. It is worthwhile following it since your soccer skills will improve. ,
