Check out this quick barbell football training workout with one of my high school players. He plays both running back and linebacker. In this workout we were pretty pushed for time, so we performed the shoulder shurgs, reverse pull-ups, push press and dumbbell curls. The workout consists of 4 sets of 6 reps.
