To perform the Kbands Double Stack Drill athletes will need 6 Speed and Agility Cones and a set of Kbands Leg Resistance Bands. Athletes will place the cones in 2 rows of three. Each row and cone will be 5 yards apart. Athletes will securely attach the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands just above their knees and begin at one end of the cone formation. Athletes will laterally move back and forth between the first pair of cones before sprinting forward and performing the same pattern on the next set of cones. After moving back and forth between all pairs of cones athletes can stop the drill, or perform an optional 5-10 yard sprint out. Athletes will perform 7-8 resisted repetitions of the drill before removing the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and performing an optional 2-3 unresisted repetitions.
