Here is one of the craziest finishes to a Seattle Prep football game ever! Not scoring the entire first half, and the whole 3rd quarter, the panthers were down 14-0. Our starting QB, Kalu Stricken, got a concussion, so our starting WR, Jaxon Woodward, had to sub in for him. With 4 minutes on the clock, and Beach in the redone, we got a strip and returned it to the opposite 5 yard line. We scored, but then missed the PAT and were down by 8 points. We got the HUGE onside kick and came down the field for a second touch down, and a clutch two point conversion to tie the game, with about 20 seconds left. The game went into OT and we had been forced to kick (and make) a 30 yard field goal. Prep held beach, and the Panthers came out victorious in round 1 of the Metro Playoffs.
Thank you to Coach Maul, and our seniors, for a GREAT season!
