To perform the Kbands Stair Workouts and Leg Exercises athletes will need a set of Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and a set of stairs to climb. Athletes will attach the resistance bands just above their knees and begin to climb the stairs. Athletes will tap each stair with both feet, not moving past the 20th step, or just to the top of the stairs. Athletes will perform 5 sets of the double taps before performing 5 resisted single tap stair climbs, in which the athlete only places one foot on each step. Athletes will perform the single tap stair climb all the way to the top of the stairs. Athletes can perform additional 1-2 unresisted sets of each exercise.
