Game 2 of the Cook Grandfather-Father-Son Baseball Roadtrip of 2016. It was Kellan’s first game at the Oakland Coliseum and it was Star Wars night!

The game featured a solid outing by Hisashi Iwakuma to earn the win for the Mariners. Kuma was backed by the big sticks of Nelson Cruz and Robinson Cano, both of whom blasted homeruns in this game.

After the game we were treated to an excellent, Star Wars-themed fireworks show. Sadly, the actor (Kenny Baker) who played R2-D2, passed away on the same day as this game.
