We employ the warm up exercises at the beginning of training to stimulate the body for physical activity. Such a form of training beginning encourages children to trainings and is a motivation for further exercises. The physical games develop the coordination abilities such as: spatial orientation and responsiveness. Such games with a ball are good learning methods, which enable to learn the following technical elements: dribbling, dummies, passes and receptions.
