Development of the coordination skills is a basis for further development of football techniques and improvement of the general physical performance. Taking into account the moist suitable age ranges for development of the particular motor coordination skills, we put our primary focus on:
responsiveness/ spatial orientation/ movements differentiation. The examples of the training methods employed:
exercises with skipping ropes / adapting exercises with ball for goalkeepers/ gymnastic exercises/ sequence exercises of passing the ball and moving in 4 / grapple exercises / running techniques exercises / row races.

EXERCISES WITH SKIPPING ROPES
– „Lajkonik”
– „On one leg”
– „On both legs”
– The left leg twice, the right leg twice
– „Lajkonik – moving backwards”

GYMNASTIC EXERCISES
– Forward rolls
– Wheelbarrow in two
– Two players carry the third one
– On the coordination ladder

RUNNING TECHNIQUES EXERCISES USING THE COORDINATION LADDER

“Varsovia Football System” is an internal football training system in the Varsovia School Sport Club.
The system unifies the training standards in different age groups. One of the most important elements of the football education is training. According to the “Varsovia Football System U-10”, the structure of the training unit includes the following elements:

1 Warming up in a form of a play
2 Coordination
3 Adapting exercises with a ball
4 Game 1×1
5 Task game
6 Technical-tactical exercises
7 Small game
8 School game
9 Competitions of pieces of the game

In our movie we have presented the examples of training methods that we employ during the classes for children up to the age of 10.
