The main assumption of the adapting exercises is possibly the most frequent contact of the player with a ball. It helps to achieve the higher level of the special technique of: dribbling, receptions and dummies. The situation in which the ball runs in the desired direction, follows the foot – sticks to it like it was glued, may be a great asset while competing against the opponents during the football match. It is really important for the players to use both legs while having the individual trainings.
The exemplary training measures employed by us: juggling, / exercises in place / row races / running plays with a ball.
