The main assumption of the adapting exercises is possibly the most frequent contact of the player with a ball. It helps to achieve the higher level of the special technique, among others: receptions and dribbles. The situation, in which the ball runs in the desired direction, follows the foot – sticks to it like it was glued, may be a great asset while competing against the opponents during the football match. It is really important for the players to use both legs while having the individual trainings. The exemplary training measures employed by us: PSS / rhythm exercises with music / relay race with a ball / running plays.

RELAY RACE
– Dribbling one ball and holding the second one
– Holding 3 balls
– Holding two balls and Dribbling the third one

Our training system includes the basics concerning the physical and mental development of the young players. One of the most important elements of the football education is training. According to the “Varsovia Football System U-13”, the structure of the training unit is as follows:

1 Warming up in a form of a play
2 Coordination
3 Adapting exercises with a ball
4 Game 1×1
5 Task game
6 Technical-tactical exercises
7 Small game
8 School game
9 Competitions of pieces of the game

In our movie we have presented the examples of training methods that we employ during the classes for children up to the age of 13.
